The Green Book

Published by Harlem-based U. S. Post Office letter carrier, Victor H. Organizing, producing and presenting alternative culture, the culture of the dispossessed, the culture of the marginalized in our society is a significant activity in its own right. From music to spoken word, theatre to community art, there exists a deep gap in the ability of non-traditional
forces to acquire the resources needed to develop cultural projects.

We provide support to individuals and groups who have developed specific plans and need only the financial support to bring their vision to fruition. We place our confidence particularly in small, local organizations that hope to expand their reach through the medium of various cultural endeavors.
